COURS DE REPETITION

This program implements an after school free tutoring classes to poor kids in order to help sustain and improve their academic levels. We open our classes from January to July every school year.
Baza Education uses this program to also solve graduates unemployment in the country by training and transforming unemployed university graduates into capable paid passionate teachers to help tutor these kids.
These graduates are also encouraged to pursue post graduate studies via available scholarships to study abroad. Some of these tutors are retained as permanent teacher to teach in Baza Schools built through the sponsor a village program and are also encouraged to pay it forward by helping others in their community. This program effectively creates a cycle of good will that can run from generations to generations building future leaders and capable human beings.
Paid 115 Tutors in rotation are currently enrolled in the program in our 20 localities.
