Presentation of the Headquarter Corporation
The headquarter of the Corporation Baza Baza is in USA. The team USA coordinates all the activities of the subsidiaries around the world toward Baza Togo. The team consists of experts in educational sciences, sociology, doctors, lawyers, accountants and human resources personnel. The team participates in the development of curriculum, exam preparation for students and also for a proper management of the funds collected.This corporation is organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in the Section 501 (c )(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organization under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The corporation is registered under the EIN number 80-088-6651 Tennessee USA. It aims to develop this project in various African countries. “Baza Education” Is a humanitarian project for the students, engaged and financed by Togolese Diaspora.
