Devenir un Répétiteur Baza

Tutors courses are often the initial presentation of a new concept or study a new skill to acquire. Baza education does not encourage memorization, but rather give the students the ability to understand the material and think on how to voice it out and to solve the problems posed during examinations. This type of method also has the function to get the whole class to discuss complex issues sometimes. The classroom instruction involves a high degree of control from tutors. The tutor may occasionally allow students to do a presentation on a given subject, or delegate responsibilities to solve passed exams. The course takes place is the traditional classroom where tutors and students work together on basic learning.
When a student does not understand what a tutor is teaching, it needs generally a provision of second explanation. Thus, in many countries according to Gabriel’s book (1998, p. 45), “the language spoken at home and language taught at school make it harder for parents to help their children with their homework. Difficulties of reading and writing of the official language by the parents do not help the communication with their children.
This idea is supported by data from the research done by the World Bank (2002, p. 11) that ” many African countries are not able to provide a suitable environment for effective learning. Overcrowding reign in classrooms and teachers are under-qualified, poorly motivated and often -wage insufficient, irregular manner and virtually devoid of support from management.

To meet this challenge, Baza tutors must be well equipped. They should have training materials and also be aware of the academic level of their future students. The classes are taught to help the students that are going through examinations such as: CEPD BEPC, I BAC BAC I
