On June 6th Mrs. Kafui, a member of Bazabaza Corporation executive USA team participated in a bake sale hosted on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 in the break room at her work place. With a well organized fundraising events and support from her manager and co-workers, Mrs. Kaka raised $1,201.00 to help students of Begbé, a village in southern Togo to gain a better classroom and school suppliers.
Begbé is one of the 21 Bazabaza Corporation antennas. A Baza antenna is a locality in which Baza Education initiates after school free tutoring programs for underprivileged students. Bazabaza Corporation is a 501© charitable organization headquartered in Tennessee (USA) with branches in Canada, Togo and Benin (West Africa). Bazabaza means the practice of love of God among human.
Started on 12 April 2012, the corporations is managed by a group of young Africans, residing in the USA, and are concerned by the state of education in Africa and want to bring support to the youth.
The Begbe’s students will be so excited to receive better school environment. It is amazing what one Africa’s daughter like Mrs. Kafui is capable of doing to change the faith of underprivileged students in Africa.
Thank you once again for your kindness, generosity and time and effort that you, your manager and co-workers put into making the event such a huge success.
